Economist predicts 2008 rebound for Colorado housing market
In a May 18 address to community business leaders at Hilton Fort Collins, Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City Economist Alan Gardner projected a 2008 Colorado housing market upturn outperforming the national market. Gardner pointed to robust Colorado employment, population increases and continued job growth through 2009 as drivers of the anticipated housing market rebound.
