Fort Collins developer building statec first LEED Platinum green office park
At the forefront of a rising national trend in Green Building, Fort Collins developer Seven Generations, LLC is constructing the state’s first office park eligible for the US.Green Building Council’s platinum-level Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. Slated for completion in September, the Seven Generations project will use 50% less energy than standard office buildings, delivering enhanced worker productivity and lower lifecycle costs.
