Northern Colorado Real Estate is in position to make an improvement after a sluggish 2006.
The items pointing towards this are the nearly 2500 people who have found employment in Larimer and Weld counties since 2006. The number of active listings in each town has gone down.
In sluggish markets like the Greeley-Evens area recorded the largest amount of bank foreclosed homes has dropped 20% between February and May, and as of April 2007, 208 homes that were owned by the banks had sold unlike the 411 for all of 2006. These are just some of the facts that show a significant number of buyers finding the value of buying real estate in Northern Colorado.
