Northern Colorado Real Estate looks better than the rest of the Nation.

Since the forecast of the real estate market in Northern, Colorado is improving; the National Association of Realtors has a lowered outlook for nationwide home sales this year.  National Association of Realtors is predicting that existing home sales will drop 2.2% to 6.34 Million, and that new home sales will likely decrease as well 14.2% to 904,000.  The previous prediction warned for a 0.9% decline in existing home sales and a 10.4% drop in new-home sales compared with 2006.

The national new home median sale price rising a modest 0.4% to $246,200 and the existing home price dropping 0.7% to $220,300.
