Sunflower Farmers Markets branches out to Greeley, Colorado!
The Boulder-based natural-food supermarket has announced plans to build a 28,000 square foot store as anchor of a 125,000 square- foot retail development at 47th Avenue and 20th Street. Aims Community College owns the parcel and is under contract with Westminster’s Downunder Development LLC in the $3.5 million commercial property transaction.
