Aims Community College partners with Mc Whinney for Berthoud, Colorado campus
Greeley, Colorado-based Aims Community College has announced its intention to build a 30-acre campus at the northeast corner of 1-25 and Highway 56 in Berthoud, Colorado. The property known as Wilson Ranch is owned by McWhinney Enterprises, developer of Centerra in Loveland- Officials said the $5 million site was selected because of its’ accessibility via 1-25 and proximity of the 1.1 million people who live within a 30-mile radius.
