Since the forecast of the real estate market in Northern, Colorado is improving; the National Association of Realtors has a lowered outlook for nationwide home sales this year. National Association of Realtors is predicting that existing home sales will drop 2.2% to 6.34 Million, and that new home sales will likely decrease as well 14.2% to 904,000. The previous prediction warned for a 0.9% decline in existing home sales and a 10.4% drop in new-home sales compared with 2006.

Vestas partners with SOS Professional Search with forum Vestas Blades America, Inc., the world's leading producer of high-tech wind power systems, kicks off its search for the best employees for their new facility being built in Windsor, CO. In late March, Vestas announced its plans to establish its first US-based blade factory in the Great Western Industrial Park in Windsor, CO. At full production, the plant will have capacity to generate approximately 1,200 blades per year and will employ over 400 people.
