The Median home prices are predicted to jump 28% (from $196,000 to $251,000) while the per capita income increases 32% (from $36,600 to $48,400). They make mention that this area continuously makes “best” list – Best place to live, best place to retire, best place to raise a family, best “dream” town, even the best place to “reinvent our life.”
