For the month of November, 2007, here are the numbers for SINGLE FAMILY HOME and MULTI-FAMILY (Condo and Townhouse) sales for Johnstown, Colorado real estate:

In Johnstown, Colorado real estate during this period, nine (9) single family homes were sold, median price $189,000 (as compared with five (5) sold during the same period last year, median price $235,000); up 80% in number of homes sold, but down 19.57% in median price. No new homes were sold, as compared with four (4) new homes sold (median price $235,000) in November last year.

Also, in Johnstown, Colorado real estate no condos were sold in November this year, as compared with one sold in November last year (price $213,110).

In Johnstown, Colorado in November, we had 16.38 sellers for every buyer of homes priced under $250,000; and 24 sellers for every buyer of homes priced from $250,000 to $300,000. No homes priced above $272,000 were sold, although 49 were available. [Only 5.81% of all available listings were sold. The ones that sold were on the market for an average of 99 days.]
