New Homes coming to Weld
1,800 homes coming to Weld, an article from The Longmont Times Call, reports that on Wednesday, Weld County Commissioners voted unanimously to change the zoning on the 587-acre site east of Longmont from agricultural to a planned development with a mix of low- to high-density residential and commercial construction. The site plans for Waterfront at Foster Lake include 10 acres of commercial property on Weld County Road 7, with a maximum of 10,000 square feet of commercial construction and as many as 1,804 single-family homes and multi-family residential units on the property.

sixty eight acres for a senior complex planned for Firestone
68-acre senior complex planned for Firestone, an article from the Longmont Daily Times-Call, reports that developer Bill Leary, out of Fort Collins, has decided to build an all-inclusive senior community on 68 acres in Firestone.
