Business already streaming into The Fountains, an article from the Loveland Reporter-Herald, reports that although there are no walls, carpet, lights or furniture inside the LaQuinta Inn and Suites at The Fountains of Loveland, 14 events have already booked. The project sits on 10 acres and will include an events center, restaurant, 2-acre pond, fountains, a solid white marble gazebo, two parking lots and plenty of open space. Lorie Cooper, general manager of the Fountains of Loveland and LaQuinta Inn and Suites said, "We are completely different. Our objective is to be almost a country club." If all goes according to plan, the first event that the Fountains will host is the Berthoud High School prom on April 26. The events center is scheduled to open in April 2008 and will feature 5 meeting rooms totaling 10,000 square feet.
