This is the first time business have the option to purchase office space in Loveland, Colorado East side of Centerra with the complication of phase one of the Foxtrail Office Park.
The Developer McWhinney Enterprises is allowing the two building to be occupied by legal, accounting, personal and medical services businesses. The two buildings in the Foxtrail Office Park are 28,000 square feet and are located at 1615 Foxtrail Drive. The current owners at this time are Mountain West Medical Corp, a company who supply medical equipment. They have purchased 3,200 square-foot office condominiums in the project northwest of Interstate 25 and U.S. 34 and Kuhlmann Law Firm has purchased a 1,600 square-foot space. There are two other that are yet to be announced that will fill 5,000 square feet of office space.
