Four items face planning, zoning board, an article from The Coloradoan, reports that Fort Collins planning and zoning board will consider a convenience store with a gas station and fast food restaurant, a long-term care facility and Colorado State University's plan for a research campus on the southwest corner of Interstate 25 and East Prospect Road.  The plan for CSU's research campus includes 25 acres for AVA Solar, which would manufacture solar photovoltaic panels and promises to bring between 600 and 700 jobs to Northern Colorado.  Kevin Frazier plans to develop the long-term care facility on 19 acres north of East Vine Drive.  Known as Liberty Farms, the facility includes 50 independent senior-living units and 250 units of mixed care.  The convenience store, East Ridge C-Store, is planned for the intersection of Sykes Drive and North Timberline Road. According to the plans, the convenience store would be 4,400 square feet, including the fast food restaurant.
