Union will be in Weld County, an article from The Longmont Daily Times-Call, reports that LifeBridge Christian Church will not develop in Longmont city limits. According to leaders, the church and its business organization, 4C, will build the 350-acre Union project in Weld County. Martin Dickey, 4C's chief operating officer, said the Union project is financially feasible in Weld County, but the church and 4C officials plan to "take a little bit of time to finalize our plans and minimize the delays to getting the church relocated." Of its 348 acres north of Colorado Highway 119 near Union Reservoir, the church set aside 142 acres for houses, townhomes and apartments; 57 acres for civic and religious uses; and 40 acres of mixed-use development that would include shops, offices and lofts.
