Loveland, Colorado is close to its first gated community. The Overlook at Mariana subdivision will put up access gates at the entrances of the neighborhood in southwest Loveland.
The developer of the subdivision, Greg Muhonen of Timber Wind Land LLC said there will be 67 lots for sale and will likely cost between $400,000 and $700,000. This will add diversity to the city, and having a gated community would help entice new residents to Loveland. There are more then 7 million people living inside of gated communities across the United States at this time.
