  In a small town built in 1877, few people would believe that in 2006 Loveland, Colorado would become a booming city and attracting people from all over the country to come live.  Loveland, Colorado is special in its own right.  If you head to the Western side of Loveland,Colorado you will experience soft rolling green hills which back up to the mountains.  If you are looking to live on the plains of Colorado, then head to the Eastern side of Loveland,Colorado where you will experience green fields with beautiful views of the foothills – the perfect view during all four seasons!


  Loveland, Colorado is ideally located just north of Denver, Colorado.  If you are looking to live close but not “in” a city then Loveland, Colorado is your new found home.  Just take a short drive 45 minutes south and you will revel in the Denver city life.  In Denver you can experience all of the sporting events a state can offer.   If you like family events then check out the Denver Mint, Children’s Museum, Denver Zoo or Six Flags Amusement Park.
