Region values grow, an article from The Loveland Daily Reporter-Herald, reports that assessed values of towns and cities in Larimer County (Loveland, Fort Collins, Johnstown, Windsor, Colorado) rose this year, with the portion of Johnstown in Larimer County topping the list with an increase of 59%. Johnstown Town Administrator Roy Lauricello said that as of November 30, Johnstown has issued 155 single residential unit building permits valued at $49.2 million and 20 commercial building permits valued at $18.2 million. Larimer County Chief Deputy Assessor Ron Kerr said that although there have been high numbers of foreclosures in the state, they did not significantly affect Larimer County assessed values.
