For the month of November, 2007, here are the numbers for SINGLE FAMILY HOME and MULTI-FAMILY (Condo and Townhouse) sales for Windsor, Colorado real estate:
In Windsor, Colorado real estate during this period, 38 single family homes were sold, median price $310,000, as compared with 47 single family homes sold in November of last year, median price $360,000 (down 19.15% in number of homes sold, and down 13.89% in median price). Sixteen (16) new homes were sold, median price $476,459, as compared with 18 new homes sold in November of last year, median price $445,000 (down 11.11% in number of homes sold, but up 7.07% in median price).
In Windsor, in November, we had 11.86 sellers for every buyer of homes priced under $200,000; 14.5 sellers for every buyer of homes priced from $200,000 to $225,000; seven (7) sellers for every buyer of homes priced from $225,000 to $250,000; 5.13 sellers for every buyer of homes priced from $250,000 to $300,000; 14.5 sellers for every buyer of homes priced from $300,000 to $350,000; 11.25 sellers for every buyer of homes priced from $350,000 to $450,000; 13.88 sellers for every buyer of homes priced from $450,000 to $600,000; and 41 sellers for every buyer of homes priced from $600,000 to $1,000,000. No homes were sold for more than $709,554, although 78 were available. [Only 7.87% of all available listings were sold. The ones that sold were on the market for an average of 151 days.]
